Homeowners with ideas, proposals, concerns or questions are welcome to attend to share comments. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Lago Mar Board meetings follow Rules of Order at every meeting in order to ensure that all meetings are as effective as possible while disruptive elements are kept to a minimum.

Please park in your driveway or garage.
Parking in the swale areas obstructs the view of cars entering or leaving the area. Residents have been complaining of trash being left behind from cars being parked in non-residential and homeowner's areas. Please be mindful of your community.
HOA Dues Reminder
All residents of Lago Mar North are required to pay homeowners association dues of **$168 per year or **$42 per quarter. Payments are due by January 1st of each year or if paid quarterly January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
